Estimaded Keyword TRAFFIC POTENTIAL?

Hi, I was going over Ahrefs videos and came across the concept of Estimated Keyword TRAFFIC POTENTIAL. It seems very interesting when selecting keywords, as we all know, Google is pretty good at using synonyms and not exact keywords. I don't see it here, a helpful lady in customer care suggested me to post it here.
